Changing Old Habits

Frequently, people make the same mistakes choosing a similar type of partner. Humans are habitual in the way we live and what type of person we’re attracted to. But choosing the same life style and type of partner rarely works. It’s much better to learn from our mistakes and move on with a different perspective about who and what work best.

Attraction isn’t the same as truly knowing and respecting someone else’s values and feel a connection with them. Too often, a physical attraction is equated with love and similar values and interests. Getting to know our own strength and failings help to identify what qualities we want in a partner. Every time I meet and talk with people whose relationships don’t work out, it’s usually because they’ve not taken the time to get to know the Person, not just how they look and act. The same applies in daily life, work and personal life style and friendships.

When Things Don’t Work In Our Favour We Need To Change Old Habits And Focus On New And Better Ways To Live And Attract The Right Person

It’s easy to continue in the same way, but in the long run exhausting and a complete waste of time. Next time you come out of a dissatisfying relationship or resign from a job that didn’t live up to your expectations, look deep inside and find out what went wrong. We’ve only got One life and repeating the same old habits and mistakes don’t contribute to a happy and fulfilled life.

Don’t Settle For Less Than You Deserve.

With much love,

Hélene 💕
